International Online Casinos, Mapped by Licence

Casinos licensed in one place and open to players in many others, sorted by the regulator behind them and the rails that move your money. A licence marker shows where a casino is supervised, never where you may legally play.

International online casinos are casinos licensed in one jurisdiction that accept adult players in many others. This directory sorts them by the two facts that decide how your money and your complaints are handled: the licence they hold and the payment rails they use. A licence from Malta, Estonia, Curaçao, Anjouan or Tobique tells you who supervises the casino; it does not make the casino legal where you live. We cover readers outside the US, UK and Australia.

Every brand below was matched to its licence on the regulator’s own register or seal validator in October 2026, with its operator company, excluded countries and payout rules taken from its own terms. Start with a licence, a payment method or a brand.

The list mixes licences on purpose; the order reflects how fully each brand documents its operator, licence and payout rules. None of these brands accepts players from the United States, and none holds a UK licence. Check the excluded countries in each card.

Which licence should an international casino have?

For a player, the licence answers three questions: who can act if something goes wrong, which player-protection rules apply, and whether your winnings may be taxed at home. EU licences from Malta and Estonia carry stricter rules on limits and identity checks; Curaçao, Anjouan and Tobique licences are lighter and more common at crypto casinos. The register below shows the brands we list, with where to verify each one.

Kahnawake has licensed online gambling since 1999 and, unlike the others, runs its own player complaint procedure. None of the brands we currently list holds a Kahnawake authorisation, so it has no hub yet.

How to verify any casino licence in three steps

  1. Identify the operating company in the casino’s terms and conditions: name, registration number and licence number.
  2. Match the domain and scope on the regulator’s own register or the validator behind the seal: the site you are on must be listed under that company.
  3. Check the current status and date, and save a screenshot. Licences change hands, as Goldroll’s move from Malta to Anjouan in 2026 shows.

Which licence suits which player?

If you want Look at Trade-off
An EU licence and an independent dispute body Malta: MGA casinos No crypto; strict bonus timing
An EU licence with a public permit register Estonia: EMTA casinos Casino age 21; thin dispute route abroad
Crypto deposits and fast coin payouts Curaçao or Tobique: crypto casinos Offshore licence; long restricted lists
The widest fiat cashier, including e-wallets Anjouan: Anjouan casinos Lightest licence; e-wallets lose the bonus
No sign-up form Pay N Play casinos Works in few countries

Whichever route you choose, the checks are the same: company, domain, status, excluded countries, caps. The hubs walk through each one with real examples from the brands above, and the Tobique and Curaçao pages explain the two newest verification systems.

Find a payment route

Payment rails follow the licence. EU-licensed brands use bank transfers, cards and selected e-wallets but not crypto; Anjouan brands offer the widest fiat menu; Curaçao and Tobique brands centre on crypto. A deposit method is not always a withdrawal method, and support varies by country and currency.

Route Deposit Withdrawal Guide
Instant bank transfer Seconds, via open banking Minutes to the same working day after approval Instant bank casinos
Pay N Play Seconds, no sign-up form Back to the same bank account Pay N Play casinos
E-wallets Seconds; often no bonus Minutes after approval E-wallet casinos
Cards Seconds; bank may block gambling Up to a few working days Visa and Mastercard casinos
Crypto Minutes, by network Minutes after approval Crypto casinos

All methods side by side, with real payout times from each brand’s terms, are in the payment methods hub.

New casinos, bonuses, cashback and sports betting

The old version of this site kept separate lists for new casinos, bonuses, cashback and sports betting. We folded them into the directory because the licence and terms matter more than the category.

  • New casinos. New brands launch under existing licences: Ludaro Limited, for example, received its MGA licence on 29 January 2026 and opened brands such as Slotspice under it. A new brand has no complaint history, so read its terms with extra care.
  • Bonuses. Welcome offers range from cash matches with 40x wagering inside 48 hours to free spins whose winnings carry no wagering at all, as at Kim Casino. Our licence hubs work through the numbers.
  • Cashback. Some brands pay a share of losses back: Winsly offers 10% weekly cashback and Slotspice up to 15%. Check whether cashback is paid as cash or as a bonus with wagering, how often it is credited, and whether it is calculated on net losses or on total stakes, because those three details decide what it is really worth.
  • Sports betting. Several brands combine casino and sportsbook on one account, including Slot Owl, Winsly, Bet Inferno and SlotMonster. In Estonia the betting age is 18 while casino play requires 21.

The companies behind the brands

Most international casinos belong to a small number of operating companies, each running several brands on one licence, one platform and one set of terms. Knowing the company tells you more than the brand name: a closed account, a bonus ban or a self-exclusion at one brand can follow you to its sisters, and the dispute route is the same for all of them.

How we choose and order the brands

A brand enters the directory only when four checks pass: we can name its operating company from its own terms, match its domain to that company on the regulator’s register or seal validator, read its excluded-country list, and find its withdrawal caps and processing times in writing. Brands that fail any check stay out, however well known they are. The order in our lists follows the strength of that documentation, then the clarity of the offer; it is not for sale. Some links earn us a commission, which never changes the facts we publish. The method is set out on our about page.

Five mistakes international players make

  1. Trusting a licence logo without clicking it. A seal must open the regulator’s own page.
  2. Assuming an EU licence means tax-free winnings everywhere. It depends on your country.
  3. Taking a match bonus with 40x wagering inside 48 hours without doing the sums.
  4. Depositing by Skrill or Neteller and then wondering why the bonus did not arrive.
  5. Leaving identity checks until the first big withdrawal.

Before you choose an international casino

A foreign licence does not override the law where you live. Many countries, including Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Spain, require a local licence, and casinos list them as excluded. A payment method appearing in the cashier does not prove you may play. Read the excluded-countries clause, verify your identity early, note the withdrawal caps, and set a deposit limit before your first session. Never use a VPN to get round a restriction: every brand we list allows itself to void winnings when it finds out. Our guide to restricted countries, the tax-free casinos page and our responsible gambling page cover the rest.

Frequently asked questions

What does international online casino mean?

A casino licensed in one jurisdiction, such as Malta, Estonia, Curaçao, Anjouan or Tobique, that accepts players from many other countries. Each brand still excludes countries in its terms, usually where a local licence is required.

No. A licence makes the casino lawful where it is issued. Countries that require their own licence, such as Sweden, Germany or the Netherlands, treat foreign-licensed casinos as unlicensed, and most brands exclude those countries.

How do I verify a casino licence?

Find the operating company and licence number in the terms, then check them on the regulator’s register or the validator behind the seal. The website you are on must be listed under that company, with an active status.

Can deposits and withdrawals use different methods?

Sometimes. Casinos usually pay back to the deposit method in your name, and switch only when it cannot receive payouts, such as Paysafecard. Goldroll, for example, pays card and voucher deposits back by bank transfer.

Does a checked licence guarantee a payout?

No. A verified licence means a named company is supervised and has a complaint route. Payouts still depend on the terms, identity checks and withdrawal caps, and disputes go to ADR or the regulator procedure for that licence.

Are international casinos with an EU licence tax-free?

Not automatically. Finland usually exempts winnings from EEA-licensed gambling, while Estonia and the Netherlands exempt only their own licensees and Sweden only EEA games that do not require a Swedish licence. Your country of residence decides.

Which international casinos accept crypto?

In our directory, mainly the Curaçao-licensed brands such as BitStarz, mBit and Stake, and the Tobique-licensed 7Bit and Koru. None of the Malta- or Estonia-licensed brands we list accepts cryptocurrency.

Which countries does this directory cover?

Adult readers outside the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. We never list a brand for a country its own terms exclude or for a market that requires a local licence the brand does not hold.
