The restricted list in detail

BitStarz’s list goes well beyond the usual markets. Besides the US, UK, France, Spain and the Netherlands, it names Greece, Portugal, Poland, Belgium, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Israel, Brazil and Curaçao itself, plus the Isle of Man, Jersey, Gibraltar and a long list of sanctioned or high-risk countries. The ban covers both fiat and crypto play. Clause 3.7 warns that the casino cannot guarantee withdrawals or refunds for players who breach the policy, and clause 4.3 forbids using a VPN to get round a game provider’s block, with winnings liable to confiscation.

In practice BitStarz is open to players in a smaller set of European countries not on the list, such as Ireland, and to players in Canada, New Zealand and elsewhere, always subject to their own national laws. Each bonus carries 40 times wagering on the bonus and are valid for seven days. The page does not state the cap on the first-deposit match, so check the cashier before you deposit.

Because wagering applies to the bonus rather than deposit plus bonus, BitStarz’s 40 times is lighter than the same number at many EU brands. Bonus-country restrictions are listed separately in the bonus terms, so a country that may play can still be excluded from promotions.

Deposits and withdrawals
