An Anjouan-licensed casino holds an online gaming licence issued on the island of Anjouan, one of the three islands of the Union of the Comoros in the Indian Ocean. Licence numbers start with “ALSI-“, and the only reliable way to check one is the validator behind the seal on the casino’s own site. Anjouan sits outside the European Economic Area, and its licence offers the lightest protection of the licences in this directory.

Many brands that once held Maltese or Curaçao licences now run under Anjouan, so you will meet it often. This hub explains who issues the licence, how to validate a seal, how the complaint procedure works, why the licence is controversial, and which Anjouan brands passed our checks.

Who issues Anjouan gaming licences?

Anjouan licences are issued under the island’s Computer Gaming Licensing Act of 2005. Anjouan Gaming, the licensing administration, publishes a public register and runs the seal validator; the “ALSI” prefix in licence numbers refers to Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., the body that administers applications. The licence covers business-to-consumer gambling, and since July 2025 suppliers that work with Anjouan licensees have needed their own B2B licence or a recognition certificate, according to trade press.

The authority says plainly that an Anjouan licence is not permission to operate in every country. That matters: an Anjouan casino may still be unlawful where you live, and the brands we list exclude a long list of countries for exactly that reason.

How do you check an Anjouan licence?

Check an Anjouan licence by clicking the seal in the casino’s footer, which opens the official validator with that site’s seal ID. The page should say VALID and name the licence holder and number. Typing the domain into the validator by hand is not a reliable test: a bare-domain look-up returns INVALID even for licensed sites, because the tool works from the seal ID. Then compare the company with the casino terms and the public register.

  1. Read the terms. Kim Casino’s terms name Hundise Limited, registration 16044, with an address in Mutsamudu, Anjouan, and licence ALSI-202506036-FI2.
  2. Click the seal. It should open verification.anjouangamingboard.org with a seal ID in the address. For Kim Casino the status read VALID on 6 October 2026.
  3. Check the register. Anjouan Gaming’s public licence register listed Hundise Limited as a B2C licensee, issued 25 June 2025 and expiring 24 June 2027.
  4. Match the domain. The validator page should refer to the domain you are on. A seal copied onto a different site will not.
What you see What it means What to do
Seal opens the validator and shows VALID with the company name The licence is active for that seal Compare company and number with the terms
Seal opens only an image No live check is possible Treat the licence claim as unverified
You typed the domain and got INVALID Expected: the validator works by seal ID Use the seal link instead
VALID, but a different company from the terms The seal may belong to another operator Do not deposit; ask support in writing
Licence past its expiry date on the register Renewal may be pending or refused Wait for an updated entry

How does the Anjouan complaint procedure work?

The Anjouan authority does not handle player complaints itself. You start the complaint through the casino’s seal, and the operator then has 30 days to respond; disputes about the outcome of a game must be raised within 14 days. If the operator does not resolve the matter, it goes to an alternative dispute resolution service paid for by the operator. Keep every message, screenshot and transaction ID from the start.

Stage Who acts Time limit
1. Complaint to the casino You, through support and in writing For game-outcome disputes, within 14 days
2. Formal complaint via the seal You, through the validator page Operator has 30 days to respond
3. Alternative dispute resolution An ADR service paid for by the operator Set by the ADR service

Compared with Malta, where independent ADR bodies such as eCOGRA are named in the terms, the Anjouan route depends more on the operator’s own cooperation. The complaint routes by licence page has a template letter you can adapt.

Why is the Anjouan licence controversial?

Anjouan’s licensing has drawn criticism on two fronts. First, reports in 2025 said the Central Bank of the Comoros did not recognise the island’s offshore financial authority, raising questions about the licence’s standing at national level. Second, regulators in Europe treat Anjouan-licensed sites like any other unlicensed operator when those sites target their markets. Sweden’s Spelinspektionen, for example, banned Softon Ltd, an Anjouan licensee, on 9 July 2026.

Anjouan Gaming has defended its framework and said in 2026 that it had tightened licence conditions and application checks against money-laundering risks. For a player, the safe reading is narrow: an active Anjouan licence tells you a named company has accepted a set of rules and a complaint process. It does not give you EU-level protection, and it does not make the casino legal in your country.

Hundise Limited: the Anjouan brands we list

Every Anjouan brand in our list belongs to Hundise Limited and runs on the same platform with the same terms. Several were Maltese brands until mid-2026: Goldroll, Unlimit, Slot Hype, Monsino and Winzie used to operate under Infiniza Limited’s MGA licence, and their old .com domains now redirect to .io sites run under Anjouan. If you joined one of them before the move, your account now sits under a different licence and a different set of terms.

Brand Domain Welcome offer (EU view, Oct 2026) Wagering History
Kim Casino kimcasino.com Up to 7,000 free spins over 6 deposits None on free-spin winnings Native Hundise brand
Goldroll goldroll.io EUR 300 + 300 free spins 25x deposit + bonus Ex-MGA (Infiniza); goldroll.com redirects
Unlimit unlimitcasino.io EUR 300 + 300 free spins 25x deposit + bonus Ex-MGA (Infiniza)
Slot Hype slothype.io EUR 300 + 300 free spins 25x deposit + bonus Ex-MGA (Infiniza)
Bet Inferno betinferno.com Up to EUR 1,000 over 4 deposits 25x per the offer terms Native Hundise brand with sportsbook

Shared rules across the group: minimum deposit EUR 20, each deposit wagered once before withdrawal, withdrawals only to a method in your own name, caps of EUR 5,000 per 24 hours and EUR 20,000 per 30 days, and a 5% fee (minimum EUR 10) if you ask for an unplayed deposit back. E-wallet deposits through Neteller, Skrill or Paysafecard do not qualify for casino bonuses.

Kim Casino

Kim Casino’s welcome offer is all free spins: up to 7,000 over six deposits, worth EUR 0.10 each, with no wagering on what you win from them and a cap of EUR 5,000 on those winnings. Reaching the full 7,000 needs EUR 8,000 in deposits, so most players will take only part of it. Our Kim Casino profile works through the stages.

Goldroll

Goldroll has the broadest e-wallet cashier in the group, from Skrill and Neteller to MiFinity, Jeton, Paysafecard and AstroPay. It is also the clearest example of a register trap: the MGA register still listed goldroll.com under Infiniza’s Maltese licence in October 2026, although the brand now runs from goldroll.io under Anjouan. Details in the Goldroll profile.

Unlimit and Slot Hype

Both follow the standard Hundise package: a 100% match up to EUR 100 on deposits one, three and five, and up to 100 free spins on deposits two, four and six, with 25 times wagering on deposit plus bonus within 48 hours. Slot Hype’s payments page quotes an average of about ten minutes to process an instant bank withdrawal and about two hours for cards.

Bet Inferno

Bet Inferno adds a sportsbook to the casino. Its homepage FAQ mentioned 40 times wagering while the welcome terms and general bonus terms give 25 times; we quote the offer terms and suggest you confirm with support before you opt in.

One company, many doors

Hundise Limited runs more than fifteen casino brands from one platform, including Amok, Refuel, Mount Gold, Gemler, Lucky Jungle, Overload, Slotable, Spinero, Nifty, Gigasino and Slot Lion besides those in our list. For a player this has two consequences. A bonus-abuse flag, a closed account or a self-exclusion can follow you across brands if the operator links them, and opening accounts at several sisters to collect several welcome offers usually breaks the terms. Pick one brand and stay with it.

Limits and self-exclusion at the Hundise brands

The Hundise casinos offer deposit limits by day, week or month, a cooling-off period of two or seven days, self-exclusion for one to twelve months, and permanent closure. These are set through live chat or email rather than in the account settings, and they apply per brand, not across the whole group. We found no reality-check reminder or loss limit. If you want protection across all Hundise sites, ask support in writing to apply your exclusion to every brand.

Paying at Anjouan casinos

The Hundise cashier is unusually broad: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay at some brands, Revolut, instant banking, Jeton, MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, AstroPay, Neosurf and others. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in euros. Payments run through a payment agent based in Cyprus, Novabridge Limited, which you may see on card statements.

Method Bonus-eligible? Withdrawal speed per the payments pages
Instant bank transfer Yes Same working day at Goldroll; about 10 minutes average at Slot Hype
Visa / Mastercard Yes About 2 hours average at Slot Hype; up to 72 hours per the terms
MiFinity, Jeton Check the bonus terms Instant after approval
Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard No Skrill and Neteller instant after approval; Paysafecard deposit only

See the e-wallet casinos guide for the bonus exclusions in more detail.

The standard Hundise package, worked through

Four of the five brands use the same six-stage offer. Here is what it asks of you if you take the first two stages with EUR 50 each.

Stage You deposit You get What you must do
1st deposit EUR 50 100% match: EUR 50 bonus Wager 25 x EUR 100 = EUR 2,500 within 48 hours, max bet EUR 5
2nd deposit EUR 50 Up to 50 free spins (1 per EUR 1), EUR 0.10 each Claim within 24 hours; winnings are wager-free
Both stages EUR 100 EUR 50 bonus + up to 50 spins Each deposit also wagered once before any withdrawal

At 25 times deposit plus bonus, the Hundise match is lighter than the 35 to 45 times common at Maltese sister brands, but the 48-hour window is the same. The maximum you can convert from a bonus is five times its amount, so a EUR 50 bonus can turn into at most EUR 250 of withdrawable money.

Games at the Anjouan brands

The Hundise casinos draw on mainstream studios. Kim Casino lists Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming and Stakelogic among its providers, and Goldroll names Big Time Gaming, Evolution, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin and Red Tiger. The free spins in the welcome packages run on well-known slots such as Book of Dead and Big Bass Bonanza. As at any casino, the same slot can exist in several RTP versions; check the game’s information panel.

Signing up at an Anjouan brand without surprises

  1. Check eligibility first. If you live in the UK, US, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Austria or Ontario, stop here: the terms exclude you. Players in Finland can register but do not receive the welcome offer.
  2. Validate the seal. Click it and confirm VALID with Hundise Limited and ALSI-202506036-FI2.
  3. Opt in to marketing only if you want the bonus. The bonus terms require it, along with a verified phone number.
  4. Set a deposit limit by chat. Because limits are not self-serve, ask for one in writing before your first deposit and keep the confirmation.
  5. Verify early. Upload ID and proof of address through the verification page so that your first withdrawal is not held up.
  6. Withdraw to the deposit method. Payouts go only to a method in your own name.

Red flags at Anjouan casinos

  • A footer that mentions Anjouan but has no clickable seal.
  • A validator page naming a company that differs from the one in the terms.
  • A licence number that does not follow the ALSI pattern or is missing from the terms.
  • Terms that name no company at all. We saw this on several Anjouan-licensed brands outside our list, and we do not list them.
  • Withdrawal clauses that let the casino cap payouts at any level it chooses without stating a figure.

Is an Anjouan casino right for you?

Consider an Anjouan brand only if your country is not on its restricted list, you understand that disputes depend on the operator’s own procedure and an operator-paid ADR service, and you have checked the seal yourself. Players in countries that tax winnings from non-EEA gambling should also read our page on tax-free casino winnings. For every other licence in the directory, start at the directory front page.

One last habit pays off at every offshore brand: re-check the seal now and then, not only on the day you register. Licences are renewed, suspended and transferred, and the Hundise licence on the register runs until 24 June 2027. A casino that changes its licence holder should tell you; many do so only by updating the footer and the terms, so a quick look before a large deposit is worth the minute it takes.

Frequently asked questions

Is an Anjouan gaming licence legitimate?

It is a real licence issued on the island of Anjouan in the Comoros, with a public register and a seal validator. Its standing has been questioned, and it gives lighter protection than an EU licence. It does not make a casino legal in countries that require their own licence.

Why does the Anjouan validator say INVALID for a licensed casino?

Because the validator works from the seal ID, not from a domain typed by hand. Click the seal in the casino footer to open the validator with the right ID, then check that it shows VALID and the same company as the casino terms.

How do I complain about an Anjouan-licensed casino?

Contact the casino first, then file a formal complaint through the seal on its site. The operator has 30 days to respond, and game-outcome disputes must be raised within 14 days. Unresolved cases go to an ADR service paid for by the operator.

Which casinos hold an Anjouan licence?

Among the brands we checked, Hundise Limited holds ALSI-202506036-FI2 for Kim Casino, Goldroll, Unlimit, Slot Hype, Bet Inferno and sister sites. Always confirm the current holder through the seal, because brands do change licence.

Are Anjouan casino winnings taxable?

That depends on your country. Anjouan is outside the EEA, so in countries such as Finland and Sweden that exempt EEA gambling, winnings from Anjouan casinos are generally taxable.

What are the withdrawal limits at Anjouan-licensed Hundise casinos?

The shared terms cap withdrawals at EUR 5,000 per 24 hours and EUR 20,000 per 30 days, and allow lower limits at the discretion of the operator. Processing can take up to 72 hours, though instant bank payouts are usually much faster.

Does self-exclusion at one Hundise casino cover its sister sites?

Not automatically. Limits and exclusions are applied per brand. Ask support in writing to extend your exclusion to every Hundise brand, and keep the reply as proof.

Why did some MGA casinos move to an Anjouan licence?

Operators do not usually explain it. In 2026 several former Maltese brands, including Goldroll and Unlimit, moved to Hundise Limited and an Anjouan licence. For players, the change means a non-EEA licence, different terms and a different complaint route.
