All Casinos International is an independent directory of online casinos that serve adult players outside the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. We sort every casino by two things that decide how your money and your complaints are handled: the licence it holds and the payment rails it uses. Everything on the site is written and maintained by the All Casinos International Editorial Team.
What the directory covers
The site has three layers. The licence hubs explain one regulator each: who issues the licence, what it obliges the casino to do, how you can check it yourself and where a dispute goes. The payment hubs do the same for crypto, e-wallets, cards and bank transfers. The casino profiles then apply both lenses to a single brand, starting with who may sign up and which company stands behind it.
We do not cover casinos for the US, UK or Australian markets, and we do not list any brand for a country its own terms exclude.
How we verify a licence
A licence claim in a casino footer is a claim, not a fact. Before a brand appears in a table on this site we do four things.
- Find the licence holder. We read the casino’s terms and conditions for the legal entity, its registration number and its address, then compare them with the footer.
- Check the regulator’s own record. For Malta we open the Malta Gaming Authority’s licensee register, for Estonia the Tax and Customs Board’s list of legal gambling operators, and for Curaçao the Curaçao Gaming Authority register. For Anjouan and Tobique the check runs through the seal on the casino’s own site, because those validators look up a seal ID rather than a bare domain.
- Match the domain. A valid licence only helps you if the website you are on is listed under it. We note the date we saw the domain on the record.
- Read the restricted-country list. We record the countries the terms exclude and repeat the main ones next to every listing.
If any step fails, the brand stays off the site until it passes. When a regulator’s register is offline, we say so on the page and give the date of our last successful check.
How we check the rest
Offers, wagering requirements, withdrawal limits and payment methods come from each casino’s own pages, read from an EU connection. Offers change by country and by week, so every bonus line carries the month we read it. Laws, tax rules and complaint procedures come from the regulator or the official body concerned, and each page lists its sources at the end.
We do not invent test deposits, personal anecdotes or staff. When we could not confirm a figure, we leave it out or say plainly that the casino does not publish it.
What we will not do
- List a casino whose licence we could not match to its domain.
- List a brand for a country its own terms exclude.
- Describe gambling as a way to make money, or any casino as risk-free.
- Sell a better position in a table.
How the site is funded
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you register at a casino through one, we may receive a commission from that casino. The commission never changes the licence facts, terms or restrictions we publish, and a brand that fails a check is removed whether or not it pays us.
Corrections
If you spot an outdated licence number, a changed restriction or a wrong figure, write to us through the contact page. We correct verified errors and update the page date. For help with gambling problems, see our responsible gambling page; for disputes with a casino, start with the complaint routes by licence. Our privacy policy explains what this site records about visits.
