A registry trap: Goldroll on the MGA register

Goldroll began as a Maltese brand on goldroll.com under Infiniza Limited’s MGA licence MGA/B2C/367/2016. In 2026 the brand moved to goldroll.io under Hundise Limited and Anjouan. The old .com address now redirects to the .io site, but the MGA register still listed goldroll.com under Infiniza when we checked in October 2026. A search of the MGA register for “Goldroll” therefore suggests an EU licence that no longer applies to the site you land on.

The cashier: what goes in, and how it comes out

Goldroll’s payments page is unusually precise about the return route for each deposit method, which matters because several methods cannot receive payouts. All transactions are processed in euros, and not every method is offered in every country: the cashier shows what is available where you live.

Goldroll processes all withdrawals within 72 hours and says bank transfers are processed on the same working day, with players typically receiving them within one working day; weekends and bank holidays can add delays. The welcome offer

Goldroll’s six-stage package alternates small cash matches and free spins, for up to EUR 300 and 300 spins in total.

On a EUR 100 first deposit with the EUR 100 match, you must wager EUR 5,000 within 48 hours at no more than EUR 5 per spin, and you can convert at most five times the bonus. The free spins are worth EUR 0.10 each, must be claimed within 24 hours and used within seven days, and their winnings are capped at EUR 5,000. Marketing opt-in and a verified phone number are required. Here is the catch for e-wallet fans: Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard and similar deposits do not qualify for casino bonuses, so take the bonus with a card or bank deposit, or skip it.

What the move from Malta changed for existing players

If you opened a Goldroll account before 2026, your account now sits with a different company under a different licence, and that changes three things. First, the dispute route: Maltese ADR has given way to Anjouan’s seal procedure and operator-paid ADR. Second, the rules: the Hundise terms, with their own excluded-country list, now apply, and Germany, Austria, France, Spain and the Netherlands are on it. Third, tax: in countries such as Finland and Sweden that exempt winnings from EEA-licensed gambling, winnings at an Anjouan-licensed casino are generally taxable. If you live in one of the newly excluded countries, withdraw your balance and close the account rather than playing on.
